القوانين والسياسات العامة في مجال الصحة والدواء وفقاً لأحدث التشريعات (بعد التعديل)

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تحليلية للقوانين الصادرة حديثاً والحاكمة لمنظومة الصحة والدواء في النظام القانوني المصري حيث نوضح دور واختصاص كل هيئة من الهيئات العامة العاملة في مجال الصحة وأهمها: الھیئة العامة للتأمين الصحي ومقدمي خدمات الرعاية الطبية مثل الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية والمستشفیات الحكومية والخاصة والجامعية وبنوك الدم ومراكز تجميع البلازما، والجهات الرقابية مثل الهيئة المصرية للشراء الموحد، وهيئة الدواء المصریة، والھیئة العامة للاعتماد والرقابة الصحیة، ووزارة الصحة، والمجلس الأعلى للدم.

This research provides an analytical study of the recently enacted health laws applicable in the Egyptian jurisdiction. It addresses the role and purview of the most important authorities and entities who are key players in the operation of the Egyptian health system. These entities include: the General Authority for Health Insurance; main Health Services Providers such as the General Authority for Health Care, Pubic, Private and Universities Hospitals, Blood Banks, Plasma Collection Centers; and Regulatory Authorities such as the Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement, the Egyptian Drug Authority, the General Authority for Health Accreditation and Registration, the Ministry of Health and the Blood Supreme Council.
